My fiancé and I had an incredible experiencing working with Ana for our three month rental in Sarasota, while we had a work contract opportunity. Ana was absolutely delightful, always willing to chat and responsive to our needs. She was very present and available. I loved seeing Ana on the condo rental site many times either working on the property, taking initiative cleaning the grounds, or simply see her catching up with residents in the community. We cannot wait for our next time to rent under Ana. She is a fantastic person and a reliable resource in the community. Amber Franklin

It is hard to believe that tomorrow Thanksgiving day Leslie and I will be in North Carolina for two weeks ⛰️ and without Ana’s help our dream would not have come true! Leslie and I have lived in Sarasota for approximately 40 yrs., and I in the Coquina house for 38+ yrs. To say the least our transition has been bitter sweet, fulfilling our dream and at the same time leaving family and friends we love, and yes Ana is one of them. Our journey in selling our home begin in the spring and lasted until the fall. To say the least the ups and downs of we’re trying at times, but there was always the support of Ana saying, “Don’t worry things will work out.” She was right! we could not have done it without her! I have had the opportunity to stay at The condos here on S.Osprey Ave in 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos, both were wonderful!! . For a year I was able to stay in condo 102A it is a two bedroom two bath very spacious condo with a beautiful screened in Lenai and a large outdoor patio! It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you may need! I was able to add my own touches to the lenai with a few fun furnishings and flowers to make it my own. My unit was on the bottom floor easy accessible through the gate from the parking lot or the front door. I travel with my dog and she absolutely loved laying in the Sun on the lenai and in the patio in the mornings we have shade and it's beautiful to set and drink a cup of coffee and just enjoy the florida mornings and evenings. I am only minutes from siesta key beach and only minutes from Publix CVS and beautiful restaurants. You can choose to walk, bike or drive to any of these locations easily. The condo community is very friendly and quiet. They have a beautiful pool that you can also enjoy! I love it here and hate to have to leave, but know that i am always welcome back! Ana Varone is a wonderful hostess and her and her husband are always just a phone call away to answer questions or assistance as needed! We just spent the month of March 2024. This unit is in a great location with easy access to Siesta Key, downtown and a variety of restaurants. The unit is attractive and the back yard is very peaceful. Ana is very responsive to any needs and a pleasant person to work with.
